I loved this hotel: people and drinks. The room was comfy with an amazing view, had wake-up service, that's cool.

I stayed for 3 nights here and had a comfortable time. Every staff member was courteous and welcoming. Buffet breakfasts with a beautiful view was perfect.

Our experience here was nice. We spent 1 night in comfort apartment with an amazing view and a kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The location was remote, magnificent and also close to Interlaken village.

Everything was good including staff and location. The room we had included a microwave, a refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities.

Cozy, clean, big size hotel, the location is marvelous and close to cable cars. The rooms are huge with view on the lake and the overall experience is good.

We were there for 3 nights, overall had a real good stay. The Michelin-starred restaurant served a huge variety of amazing food.

With the help of the supportive staff, we had a warm stay. The hotel was neat and romantic, loved the exceptionally comfortable beds. Family apartment was airy and luxury. Good cocktails and whiskies in the music bar, safe parking place.

The location was top; the staff was outstanding; the room was impeccable. Free bus was a nice touch. The beach was beautiful.

Fantastic stay in the decent area. Staff very hard working & was willing to help until we checked out. Fabulous and absolutely fabulous room with terrace, blinds and blackout curtains. The English breakfast was plentiful, included: fresh bread, coffee, cheese, cereal and eggs.

The hotel is very accommodating, atmosphere and service are ideal. Comfy bedroom. It's found in a very relaxing area, within walking distance of many landmarks of Beatenberg.

Many things to mention - very peaceful rooms, patient staff, very tasty food. Really spacious suite and really comfortable bed. Not bad location, within walking distance of beatenberg-niederhorn ski resort. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this superlative hotel.

Breakfast was very good, we were provided with the family room. We could cook our own meals in kitchen. Plus, Niederhorn Cable-car was within easy reach...
